Ducati Adelaide Returns Policy
At Ducati Adelaide, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you need to return an item. Please review the following guidelines regarding our returns and refunds process:
Returns
All original shipping charges are non-refundable.
All return shipping must include tracking and return shipping charges are your responsibility except in the case of an error by Ducati Adelaide. Alternatively, you can return your item(s) by visiting Ducati Adelaide Parts at 51-67 London Road, Mile End, SA 5031.
Once return item(s) are received, a refund or exchange may be organised for the value of the original purchase, less any applicable handling/restocking fees.
Ducati Adelaide reserves the right to issue a refund or exchange at its discretion in accordance with its policies. Our policies do not exclude or replace your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Change of mind
If you change your mind, we may offer you a refund or exchange if:
- Your item(s) are returned within 30 days of purchase;
- You provide an invoice or proof of purchase;
- Your item(s) are in a resalable condition, meaning:
- All original tags are attached and all original packaging is retuned with the item(s), including instruction manuals and accessories;
- Your item is unworn, unused and in its original condition;
- If your item is electronic, the original security seal is intact; and
- Your item(s) are not listed in the exclusions lists below.
Please contact us if you need assistance with assessing whether you will be offered a refund, store credit or exchange in accordance with our policies.
Exclusions list
We will not accept clearance item(s) (marked as ‘clearance’ or ‘reduced to clear’) as a change of mind return. Subject to availability, we may instead provide an exchange in accordance with our Exchange Policy below.
We will not provide a refund or exchange on the following item(s), unless it fails to meet a consumer guarantee:
- Helmets
- Customised or fitted items including racing suits
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Swimwear
- Underwear including compression pants
- Items sold with a tag that states no change of mind
- Any item classified as safety equipment
Exchange Policy
We know it can be hard finding the right fit, so our team is happy to assist with an exchange, subject to availability, for an identical or similar item of equal value, provided your item(s) meet our criteria:
- Your item(s) are returned within 30 days of purchase;
- You provide an invoice or proof of purchase;
- Your item/s are in a resalable condition, meaning:
- All original tags are attached and all original packaging is retuned with the item/s, including instruction manuals and accessories;
- Your item is unworn, unused and in its original condition;
- If your item is electronic, the original security seal is intact; and
- Your item/s are not listed in the exclusions list.
Where an exchange cannot be facilitated for any reason, a store credit for the original purchase price may be provided.
Proof of purchase
Any returns whether for refund or exchange, must be accompanied by either of the following as proof of purchase:
- Online Tax Invoice (order confirmations will not be accepted)
- Packing slip included in all online purchases
- Credit card statement
Refunds
Refunds will be given using the original method of payment and may take up to 10 business days to process, provided your item(s) meet our criteria:
- Your item/s are not listed in the exclusions list.
Motorbikes and special apparel
Please visit us in-store to purchase a motorbike or any customised item.
