Shipping policy

At Ducati Adelaide, we strive to ensure that your orders are processed and delivered as smoothly as possible. Please read our shipping policy below for all the details on order fulfillment and delivery.

Order Fulfillment

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM ACDT will be processed the same business day.
  • Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of order confirmation.

Shipping Options

We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your location and urgency:

Local Courier (within 20km of Adelaide CBD)

  • A flat fee of $15 applies for local deliveries within 20km of the Adelaide CBD.
  • Orders over $200 qualify for free local delivery.
  • Your order will be delivered by our courier service with tracking available.
  • If your address is within the 20km radius, your order will automatically apply for local courier.

Australia-wide Shipping

  • For customers outside the local delivery zone, we offer shipping anywhere in Australia via Australia Post.
    • Standard Shipping: Flat fee of $15. Orders over $200 qualify for free standard shipping.
    • Overnight Express Shipping: Available for $35 for faster delivery.
  • All orders come with tracking so you can monitor your shipment at every stage.

Click & Collect

  • All our products are available for click & collect from our location at 51-67 London Road, Mile End SA.
  • We aim to have your items available within 24 hours, however this is within the scope of our business hours Monday to Friday from 8:00am - 5:30pm.
  • In some cases, items will need to be transferred from other locations, which may cause delay in having your order ready for collection.
  • You are notified when your order is ready for collection and will need to present this confirmation in-person when collecting.
  • If you have not collected your order within 15 business days, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order.

Extra Care for Helmets & Valuable Goods

  • Helmets and other valuable goods receive extra care in packaging and postage.
  • These items are shipped with insurance to ensure they reach you safely.
